6:00pm We have reports of intermittent network issues at the data center hosting our servers alpha & bravo. This may result in inaccessible websites and emails for short periods. We’re awaiting resolution of the issue by the data centre.
7:25pm Services appear to be back online. We don’t have any further information from the datacenter as to what the problem was, so can’t guarantee there won’t be further outages. We’ll update this once we have more information from the datacenter.
8:00pm The datacenter provider has given an update, indicating an issue with a router in the USA caused a worldwide disruption to their services. This has been rectified, and no further impact is expected.
