We have received the following notification from our service provider for one of our servers (Delta):

EMERGENCY REBOOT – THORIUM (Reported)

Affecting System – | Priority – High

 We are currently experiencing CPU related issues on the Sydney VDS node, Thorium. As a result of this we will be applying updates to the server and performing a hard reboot.

This maintenance is expected to result in approximately one hour of downtime.

Last Updated: 29/03/2014 17:06

This will affect all accounts on the server from 8pm to approximately 9pm on 29th April 2014. We apologise for the short notice of this maintenance window.

8:50AM – We are experiencing issues with one server at the moment (delta) and are attempting to reboot the server. This process may take approximately one hour, and websites and email will be unavailable during this time for customers on this server. We apologise for the inconvenience and will keep this page updated with information as it is available.

10:00AM – All services should now be back to normal.
